Norton works well as antivirus software, but the pop-ups are so annoying. This will be the last Norton license I buy. There seems to be no way to make a complaint to Norton which is surely unacceptable and some of its agents lack experience. This time the agent knew what the issue was, old subscriptions, deleted them and all seems to be running ok. However I was not able to use my one remaining device license so had to call Norton again. Apple removed all traces of Norton on my iMac and so far everything works ok. He kept me waiting on the line once for 10 minutes with no contact then for more than 15 minutes on the chat so I cut the session. After more than an hour on the phone/chat with Norton it was clear the agent had no idea what to do. Then I found in doing so he had blocked another extremely important app from working. I tried again with a new 360 Deluxe license for 5 devices this year, couldn't install it so a Norton agent did. I have used Norton for years but had problems last year with Norton obstructions on my iMac so deleted it.
